By accessing radianranks.com, requesting an audit, or retaining Radian Ranks for digital marketing, SEO, GEO, AEO, PPC, or content services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Description of Services & Free Audits

Radian Ranks provides digital marketing agency services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Pay-Per-Click management (PPC), lead generation, content engineering, and analytics setup. Our Free AI Growth Audit is provided as an informational diagnostic designed to identify opportunities for search visibility across Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

3. Client Deliverables & Intellectual Property

We believe in transparent, client-first ownership:

• Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of all custom written content, bespoke code, schema implementations, and creative assets produced for your accounts upon payment in full.
• Agency Tools: Radian Ranks retains proprietary rights to our underlying internal frameworks, analysis scripts, diagnostic automation templates, and audit methodologies.

4. Professional Standards & Warranties

Radian Ranks adheres strictly to 100% white-hat, defensible optimization methodologies. We do not participate in private blog networks (PBNs), keyword cloaking, automated link spam, or deceptive AI generation. Because search algorithms and third-party AI models (Google, OpenAI, Perplexity) operate autonomously, no ethical marketing agency can guarantee specific #1 keyword placements or unalterable citation outcomes. We guarantee diligent execution, documented deliverables, and transparent reporting.

5. Payment, Cancellation & Retainer Terms

Client scopes are outlined in formal Statements of Work (SOW). Standard engagements operate on monthly or quarterly sprints with no mandatory long-term lock-in. Either party may adjust or terminate ongoing retainers with 30 days written notice prior to the start of the subsequent billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Radian Ranks, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from algorithmic changes made by third-party search platforms or LLMs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client under the applicable agreement during the three-month period immediately preceding the event.
